If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! We understand that from time-to-time you may need to return an item to the Happiness Bank.

Before returning any items please contact Claire Massingham on 0406 393 845 to discuss your reason for requiring a return.

Please understand our following terms of business:

  • You will be responsible for postage if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your ordering
  • If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will happily pay for postage and replace the product
  • If the item you received is not what you ordered, we will fix this at no cost to you
  • Happiness Bank is not obligated to refund for products that are returned damaged or never arrive.


We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel your attendance at a Happiness Bank presentation/workshop/seminar. A full refund will be given to you if you cancel no later than five days prior to the event date. After that date there are no refunds however, we will ensure that you receive a copy of the Happiness Bank book.
